If you apply in a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) of Canada and get selected for provincial nomination, you will get 600 additional CRS points in federal express entry system.
All you need to do is find out the most appropriate PNP and apply in the same to obtain the nomination. Every provincial nominee program of Canada has different process and requirements; however, most of them have an express entry stream, in which you require applying to obtain extra CRS points.
