In the latest Express Entry draw opened on February 2, 2022, the Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,070 invitations to apply for Canadian PR. It’s a second program-specific draw held in 2022 and recorded as the biggest PNP-only draw compared to the draw held on January 19, 2022.
To qualify for an ITA in this round, candidates:
· Must have a provincial nomination from a PNP
· Must obtain a minimum CRS score of 674 or above

The IRCC had implemented the tie-break rule of February 18 2021, at 05:05:15 UTC for this draw. Thus, all the provincial nominee Express Entry candidates who had scored 674 points or above and had submitted their profile before the said date and time are the ones who have got their ITAs in the 2nd February EE draw.
