In the latest draw of federal Express Entry System held on April 12, 2023, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,500 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa. The draw saw a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score cut-off of just 486 points, which is the third lowest score of 2023 so far.
