The IRCC has invited 3,600 Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency visa in a draw held on July 10, 2019. It is considered as one of the largest draws announced since January 23, 2019.
A larger sized draw indicated a rise in the overall admission targets, which are set to be achieved by 2020 under the following Federal High Skilled immigration programs:
With a cutoff score of 460 points, this draw has marked a fall in the minimum cutoff score. The draw witnessed a two-point decrease in comparison to the minimum cutoff score of 462 in the last draw, which was held on June 26, 2019.
In the latest Express Entry draw, the IRCC has applied a tie break of June 11, 2019, at 12:27:18 UTC. It clearly indicates that all those candidates who have scored 460 and above CRS points and have entered their EE profile in the pool before this time and date, will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

This draw is marked as a 14th Express Entry draw for the year 2019 and 121st draw since the inception of Express Entry system. Additionally, with this latest draw, the total number of ITAs issued in 2019 by the Canadian government has reached up to 45,400. With a target to break the past immigration records in 2019, the minimum CRS score range is expected to decrease further in the upcoming Express Entry draws.
All the candidates who have received an ITA in the 10th July draw must apply for Canadian PR within 60 days time. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are aiming to process all the Express Entry applications within six months time period.
