In a latest all-program Express Entry draw held on September 2, 2020, the IRCC invited 4,200 eligible candidates.
All the candidates who received their Invitations to Apply in this round are now eligible to submit their final application for Canada permanent residence.
With these 4200 ITAs, the total number of Express Entry candidates invited by the IRCC so far in 2020 have reached up to 69,950.
In this latest draw, the CRS minimum score requirement was 475 points and the tie-breaking rule was of August 16, 2020 at 01:22:18 UTC.
This tie-breaker rule specifies that all applicants who scored 475 points or above and entered their profile in the pool before the said date and time have received their ITA in this draw.
Factors that largely affect CRS score in each draw includes the time gap between two draws and the size of each draw.
Larger draws with shorter time gap generally results in a comparatively low minimum cutoff requirement.
