British Columbia has issued 274 ITAs under the provincial nominee program in a draw, which was held on 4th June 2019.
The invitations were issued to over 5 categories of Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) and Skills Immigration streams.

IRCC has not issued any specific breakup of invitations under the above-stated categories.
Express Entry candidates who have received a provincial nomination from the province have been awarded additional 600 points toward their overall federal ranking score.
Foreign workers who wish to apply via the EEBC or Skills Immigration streams have to register their profile online with BC PNP (British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program) via SIRS (Skills Immigration Registration System), which is a point-based system used by the province to rank candidates on the basis of different factors including, education, proficiency in English or French, work experience, etc.
Introduced in the year 2017, this two-year pilot scheme is there to continue till June 2020 and provides a fast track to tech workers to apply for Canadian permanent residence with a job offer in 29 eligible occupations under Tech Pilot program.
As per BC PNP, the province is extending its pilot to provide B.C. tech employers an ability to hire international talent for vacant positions.
