In the latest draw held on 5th December by the province of Alberta, a total of 132 Express Entry candidates were invited to apply for a provincial nomination.
The province has sent NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to those eligible candidates who had their profile registered under the Express Entry pool through Alberta s Express Entry Stream.
The minimum CRS score requirement in this latest draw was 400 points. So, all the candidates who have scored 400 points or above have become eligible to apply for a provincial nomination from Alberta. Moreover, the Express Entry candidates who have Alberta s provincial nomination will also get 600 additional points toward their overall CRS score, which guarantees then an ITA for permanent residence of Canada in the upcoming draw.
With this draw, the total number of Express Entry candidates who have received their invitation for provincial nomination to apply for Canadian PR through Alberta Express Entry Stream has reached up to 6,752.
