The Canadian province Alberta has recently issued details about two of its latest draws held on October 24 and October 30, respectively.
In a draw held on October 24, the province of Alberta has invited a total of 372 Express Entry candidates. Every year Alberta invites economic immigration candidates to apply for permanent residence of Canada. Like most of the Canadian provincial nominee programs, Alberta also has one stream which is linked to Express Entry System to nominate eligible applicants from the Express Entry pool. Via this Express Entry linked stream, the province invites those applicants who can support the economic development and labor market needs of Alberta.
In this latest draw held on 24th October, the minimum CRS score requirement was only 300 points. While, in a second draw held on October 30, Alberta has issued 29 invitations to eligible candidates and the minimum CRS score requirement was 350 points.
All the invited candidates are required to submit their complete application for a provincial nomination via Express Entry Stream of Alberta, which is managed by the AINP (Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program). Though the selected candidates are not required to show a prior job offer, those with a job offer or work experience from Alberta s employer will get preference.
Moreover, if a candidate has a graduate degree from a post-secondary institution of Canada or relatives his or her relatives live in Alberta, then the chances of obtaining an invitation to apply for provincial nomination are high.
