In the latest AINP draw held on November 24, 2021, Alberta invited 100 Express Entry applicants to apply for a provincial nomination for a Canadian PR visa.
All the invited applicants are now eligible to apply for a provincial nomination under the Alberta Express Entry Stream. If you have received a Notification of Interest letter from the province, you must send a copy of the NOI letter along with the required information to the AINP within two weeks via email.

About Alberta Express Entry Stream
It was introduced in 2018 to allow Alberta to invite eligible applicants from the federal Express Entry pool to apply for provincial nomination.
The Express Entry system manages and processes PR applications from skilled foreign nationals under the following programs:
· Federal Skilled Worker Class Program (FSWP)
· Federal Skilled Trades Class Program (FSTP)
· Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
To qualify under the Alberta Express Entry stream, the applicant must:
· Score a minimum cut off as per the latest AINP draw
· Must be working in an occupation that supports the economic development and diversification priorities of Alberta
· Have a valid Express Entry profile
· Meet eligibility criteria of any one of the Express Entry programs, i.e., FSWP, FSTP, CEC
· Have a genuine interest in permanently moving to Alberta
