About BC PNP Tech Pilot
A BC PNP tech pilot aims to provide a fast-track pathway to skilled tech workers who wish to permanently immigrate to British Columbia and can significantly contribute to the shared prosperity of the province.
The pilot was launched in May 2017 and has supported thousands of tech workers by nominating them for Canadian permanent residency. In addition, the pilot ensures that the technology sector in British Columbia attracts and retain skilled global talent to maintain its sustainable growth.
Thus, it helps employers in the province address their labour market shortages by offering a fast-tracked, permanent pathway for in-demand international workers and international students.
