On October 10, 2023, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held another all-program express entry draw to issue invitation to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa to 3,725 candidates. All invited candidates in this particular draw need to submit the complete application for Canadian PR visa along with essential documents within the period of 60 days.

The IRCC issued 3,725 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian PR visa in this particular EE draw to the express entry candidates who had the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 500 points or above. Candidates under all EE Categories were eligible to get the ITA in this draw.
