?Canada Opened 3rd Express Entry draw of 2021 to invite PNP candidates
The Canadian government opened its 3rd Express Entry draw of 2021 to invite 374 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. In this latest program-specific EE draw opened on January 20, only Provincial Nominee Class candidates were invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence with a minimum score requirement of 741 points.

About Canada's Federal Express Entry System
The Express Entry system was introduced in January 2015 by the IRCC (Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada) to manage and process permanent residence applications from skilled foreign nationals.
All the interested skilled applicants create and submit their EE profiles and enter the pool of candidates based on their skills. Candidates who qualify under Express Entry-aligned Enhanced PNP streams and successfully obtain provincial nomination are awarded with additional 600 CRS points, which virtually guarantees them an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR.
