In a latest Express Entry Invitation Round, the Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued total 4,500 ITAs to eligible applicants. For this draw, the immigration authority targeted only Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates with CRS scores as low as 369.
In this program-specific EE draw, the tie-break rule of June 10, 2021 at 22:46:37 UTC has been applied to applicants with the lowest score.

This draw was followed by the 7th July draw, where 627 PNP candidates were invited by the IRCC to apply for Canadian permanent residence visa.
With latest draws, the figures have reached up to 93,842 ITAs, which are so far issued in 2021 through Express Entry programs exclusively. The number is double the ITAs issued to Express Entry candidates at the same time last year.
Moreover, with this draw, the IRCC now needs to issue only 14,658 ITAs to meet its annual target for 2021 Express Entry, i.e. to invite 108,500 new comers through Express Entry programs.?
?Please note, all those candidates who have received their ITAs in this invitation round have 30 days to submit their final and complete electronic Application for Permanent Residence (eAPR) of Canada. Also, the candidates must submit the supporting documents and application fees along with their eAPR.
