In the latest Express Entry draw held on 13th November 2019, the IRCC has invited a total of 3600 applicants to apply for a Canada PR visa. With this latest draw, the total number of ITAs issued so far to Express Entry candidates had reached up to 75,300 in the year 2019.
In this draw held on November 13, the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score requirement was 472 points. This has marked a downfall of a total of 3 points in comparison to the previously held Express Entry draw held October 30, where the cutoff score was 475 points.

Those candidates who have obtained high rank will get an invitation to apply (ITA) for permanent residence of Canada via regular Express Entry draws from the pool, which generally held every two weeks time.
