In a draw held on 30th October 2019, the IRCC has issued 3900 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for the permanent residency of Canada.
In this latest draw, the minimum score requirement was 475 CRS points. Well, there is a rise of 11 points in the minimum score requirement in comparison to previously held draw on 2nd October.
And the tie-breaker rule used in this latest draw was of 29th August 2019 at 03:50:24 UTC. This clearly means that all those candidates who have scored 475 or above points and have entered their profile in the Express Entry profile at the said date and time will definitely receive their ITA (Invitation to Apply).
With this draw, the total number of ITAs issued to Express Entry candidates so far in 2019 has reached up to 71,700 ITAs.
The invited candidates were highest rank holders and have received their ITAs via regular draws from the EE pool that generally happens in every two weeks’ time.
