The Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) opened another program-specific draw and invited 940 PNP candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. Opened on 9th June, it is so far the biggest ever PNP-only Express Entry invitation round.
All the PNP candidates who received their invitations in this draw required to meet the minimum CRS score of 711 points to qualify for an ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian PR visa. Candidates now have 90 days to submit their final and complete eAPR, i.e., electronic Application for Permanent Residence along with supporting documents and application fees.

The IRCC issued ITAs only to those eligible candidates who have received their Provincial Nominations. With this latest invitation round, the total number of ITAs issued so far in 2021 has reached up to 75,713 and created a new record of inviting highest number of PNP applicants in an Express Entry draw.
The minimum CRS score requirement in this draw was 711, marking a drop of 2 points in comparison to previously held invitation round, where 500 PNP candidates were invited.
While, the tie-breaking rule implemented in this round was ofbefore February 16, 2021 at 09:06:30 UTC, which clearly indicates that in order to receive an invitation candidates must have scored minimum 711 points or above and must have submitted their EE profile before the said date and time.

The Express Entry system was introduced in January 2015 by the IRCC (Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada) to manage and process permanent residence applications from skilled foreign nationals.
