Canadian government has opened new Express Entry draw on September 19, 2023. In this new invitation round, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited total 3,200 candidates to apply for Permanent Resident (PR) Visa in the maple leaf country. This draw was not limited to any one program and hence, all categories received ITA (Invitation to Apply) in this invitation round.
New Express Entry draw on 19 September
Canada invited 3200 express entry candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa who had a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 531 points or higher. The total ITAs issued this year have not reached to the mark of 80,948 in 27 express entry draws opened this year until date.

Express Entry draws
This latest invitation round of Express Entry System has opened after more than a month and hence, the CRS score requirement (CUT OFF) has went up. However, it is expected to come down in the forthcoming EE draws. Moreover, as per the latest update the IRCC is going to conduct the category-based draw for Transport occupations this week. In the category-based selections the CUT OFF often remains low, as the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) select the candidates based on their work experience in a particular occupation or their proficiency in French language. Hence, despite the high CUT OFF the aspirants of Canada PR needs to stay positive about their chance of getting ITA (Invitation to Apply).
