Candidates from the Canada's Provincial Nominee Class were eligible for this invitation round.
In a latest Express Entry Draw conducted by the IRCC, total 557 provincial nominee candidates were invited to apply for Canadian PR.
With this round of invitation held on July 22, 2020, the total number of ITAs issued by Canada has reached up to 54,357 so far in 2020.
The minimum CRS score has dropped to 687 as IRCC conducted this new Express Entry draw aimed at inviting PNP candidates.
In fact, this has been recorded as the lowest cut off announced so far in 2020 for any PNP-specific invitation round.
Please note, the invited applicants in 22nd July round required minimum 87 points for their human capital reason being they were already provincial nominees who were awarded with 600 additional points toward their overall CRS score.
For this latest draw, November 11, 2019 at 08:51:21 UTC has been implemented as the tie-breaking rule.
In case more than one applicant had the lowest score, then only those candidates had received an invitation who had submitted their profiles in the Express Entry pool before the said date and time.

The IRCC rank candidates in the Express Entry pool using a Comprehensive Ranking System, which is a reliable points-based selection system.
The authority choose highest-ranking applicants and issue them invitations to apply for permanent residency of Canada.
There are a set of instructions included with each round of invitations based on which the Express Entry system invite candidates.
Those instructions are posted online, including, the date and time of the draw, the number of candidates invited, which immigration program or programs are targeted in that specific draw and more.
