In fact, it is a pre-application process which allows an applicant to fill an online form and indicate his/her your interest in applying under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.
The information helps SINP assess the eligibility of all the applicants and those with relevant skills as per by Saskatchewan's job market needs are selected.
The eligibility requirement include prior connections to Saskatchewan, work experience, language skill, etc. Those applicants who are selected from the system get an "Invitation to Apply."
Please note, not all applicants who submit an EOI get ITAs.
