Manitoba Issued 438 LAAs in a latest MPNP Draw
In the latest MPNP draw held on December 2, the Canadian province, Manitoba, issued 438 invitations to apply for provincial nomination. In this invitation round, the Manitoba PNP issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible applicants under the following streams:
· Skilled Workers in Manitoba
· International Education Stream
· Skilled Workers Overseas
All the invited applicants are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination with Manitoba for Canadian permanent residence.

Please note, of the 438 LAAs issued, 71 were issued to Express Entry candidates who had valid Express Entry ID along with a job seeker validation code.
Selection Criteria for Latest Draw
· To get selected for the invitation in this draw, candidates must prove that they are already working in a regulated occupation in Manitoba on a valid work license
· Under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, a candidate s EOI was considered in this draw only if:
ü They were invited directly by the MPNP under its Strategic Recruitment Initiative
ü Candidates under the Express Entry sub-stream were selected if they had a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code along with verifiable experience in Manitoba s In-demand Occupations.
· If a candidate s score was higher than the minimum score requirement, but they still failed to obtain an LAA, the reason could be:
ü They had mentioned taking an approved language test (third-party) to prove language ability in English or French. However, They failed to submit a valid Test Number in the EOI profile, or the language test was no better.
ü They had mentioned receiving an Invitation to Apply under MPNP s Strategic Initiative but failed to submit a valid Invitation Number.
