On May 20, 2022, the Manitoba province invited individuals from Ukraine via a special draw. This time, the province issued 13 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to Ukrainians.

In this round of invitation, Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has issued Expression of Interest (EOI) to those candidates, who:
· are citizens of Ukraine
· have score at least CLB 4 in each language band
· have established connection to Manitoba like a close relative, community, previous employment, etc.
· have a valid language test result
· score a minimum of 60 points as per MPNP assessment criteria
