The latest EOI (Expression of Interest) based draw of Manitoba PNP launched by the province of Manitoba on April 11, 2019. The draw invited a total of 403 candidates under skilled worker overseas stream of the MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program). This time around, Manitoba didn’t issue invites under other key streams, i.e. skilled workers in Manitoba and International graduate stream.

In the 11th April Draw, the province issued a total 403 invitations out of which 51 went to the candidates under strategic recruitment initiative with the score of the lowest ranked candidate or qualifying marks.
