In the latest Express Entry draw held on 27th May 2020, the federal government of Canada has invited a total of 385 eligible candidates to apply for Canadian PR.
This was the sixth program-specific draw held by the IRCC. In this invitation round, ITAs were issued to candidates who had received their provincial nomination from a PNP with a minimum score requirement of 757 points.
The cutoff seems to be pretty high, but, if we exclude the 600 additional points that come with a provincial nomination, we are left with a human capital score of only 157.
With 27th May's Express Entry Draw, the total number of ITAs issued so far in 2020 has reached up to 38,585 under EE programs.
The IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) had employed April 27, 2020, at 10:19:01 UTC as the tie-break rule for this draw.
Thus, all the provincial nominee Express Entry candidates who had scored 757 points or above and had submitted their profile before the said date and time are the ones who have got their ITAs in 27th May EE draw.
