Ontario issued 754 NOIs under Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream
Ontario invited whooping 754 eligible Express Entry candidates in a new OINP draw conducted on March 2, 2021. All the candidates were invited under OINP’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) and are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination with Ontario.

To qualify and obtain a Notification of Interest (NOI) in this invitation round opened by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, candidates must achieve a CRS score between 463 and 467.
In addition to this, candidates were also required to demonstrate having work experience in one of the 10 targeted occupations, which include the following:
1. NOC 0122 Banking, credit and other investment managers
2. NOC 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
3. NOC 0125 Other business services managers
4. NOC 0601 Corporate sales managers
5. NOC 1111 Financial auditors and accountants
6. NOC 1112 Financial and investment analysts
7. NOC 1121 Human resources professionals
8. NOC 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
9. NOC 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
10. NOC 4163 Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants

Please note, OINP may refuse an application if an applicant fails to demonstrate work experience in any of the above-mentioned eligible NOC codes.

Ontario’s Express Entry HCP stream is managed by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). It is designed to provide foreign skilled workers with an opportunity to live and work in Ontario permanently.
