In a first-ever In-Demand Skills stream draw, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited eligible applicants to apply for provincial nomination. In this latest OINP draw opened on July 15, 2021, the Ontario issued invitations under its new Expression of Interest system to those who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream.

In a separate OINP draw held on the same day, the province invited candidates who were registered under Regional Immigration Pilot stream and had work experience in the following National Occupational Codes (NOC):
