On February 8, 2022, Ontario invited 828 eligible candidates through two OINP draws. Out of 828 NOIs, Ontario issued 622 NOIs under Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. While the remaining 206 NOIs were issued under French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) Stream in a separate OINP draw.
For these invitation rounds, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) targeted candidates who obtained a CRS score ranging between 463 and 467.
