On February 22, Ontario opened two OINP draws and invited candidates under the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream and Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker streams.
Ontario issued 773 Notifications of interest (NOI) letters to applicants who may qualify for Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream in the first draw. In the second draw, OINP issued eight targeted NOI letters to candidates who may qualify for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project under Ontario’s Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.
