PEI offers vast career opportunities as well as a strong business community which is immensely supportive towards entrepreneurs. Also, students who wish to come to PEI get to experience world-class education.
PEI PNP is a pathway for those who wish to apply for permanent residency in Prince Edward Island. If all the invited candidates in this latest draw get nominated successfully to the IRCC through the PEI's Provincial Nominee Program, they can apply for Canada PR.
However, the criteria for selecting an individual for provincial nomination is entirely based on their skills, experience and their intention to live and work permanently in PEI and how well they can contribute to province's economy.
The priority is given to those individuals and entrepreneurs who are qualified to work in areas where there is skill shortage in the province's labour market.
The PEI PNP’s Express Entry Category is aligned with the federal Express Entry system, while the Labour Impact Category is for those foreign workers who have a job offer in hand in PEI, and a support from employer.
Whereas, the Business Impact Category is for those foreign entrepreneurs who dream to own and operate their business in PEI.
