In a draw held on 16th January 2020, Prince Edward Island has issued a total of 123 invitations to candidates under different Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) Streams, including, Express Entry Aligned Stream, Labour Impact Stream, and Business Impact Stream.
All those candidates who are invited in this first PEI PNP draw of the year had submitted their Expression of Interest to PEI. All the EOI profiles have been awarded a score on the basis of unique points grid system of PEI and those candidates who have scored high points and have bagged highest-ranks are invited to apply through this draw. These 123 candidates are now eligible to apply for PEI s Provincial Nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency.
Out of a total of 123 invitations, 110 candidates were invited from Express Entry and Labour Impact categories.
Please note, there is no detailed bifurcation provided for the total number of invitation sent to Express Entry and Business Impact candidates separately or the minimum score requirement.
In the case of Business Impact: Work Permit Stream of PEI PNP, 13 candidates were invited with a minimum score requirement of 125 points.

The PEI’s Express Entry Linked Stream is connected to the Express Entry system of Canada, which manages the pool of candidates for three key economic immigration streams, i.e. the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canadian Experience Class.
