In this round of invitation, only those candidates were invited who had submitted their Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles and were among highest-scoring candidates.
The minimum score requirement was 69 points for both the sub-categories. These points are awarded on the basis of five key factors, including, age, work experience, education, language skills and prior connection to the province.
A candidate's profile is assessed on these key factors and is awarded with a score out of 100 as per Points Assessment Grid of International Skilled Worker.

An EOI submission is not considered as an application submitted to the SINP. It is in fact a pre-application process which is mandatory to be followed by an applicant who is interested in applying for provincial nomination to the SINP.
Such interested applicants are required to fill an online form and indicate their interest and show their qualifications to the SINP.
The information filled by applicants is used for assessing their eligibility and determining if their submission is properly entered into the EOI system of International Skilled Worker Stream.
Candidates with the relevant skills as per Saskatchewan's job market get their Invitation to Apply, which includes relevant work experience, required language skills and prior connections to the province.
If a candidates is invited to apply for provincial nomination, he/she must submit a final and complete online application within 60 days to the SINP along with supporting documents and required fee.
Please note, in case an invitation expires, an applicant has to submit a new profile which will be considered eligible for upcoming EOI Draws.
