Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has launched its latest draw on 24th July 2019 and had issued a total of 381 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under its Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry sub-categories. All the applicants who had applied through the above stated SINP streams were eagerly waiting for the announcement.
In this latest draw, a total of 277 invitations to apply were sent to Occupation In-Demand sub-category and the remaining 114 invitations to apply were sent to Express Entry candidates.
The cutoff score in the July 24 draw was 74 for both sub-categories.

In order to be get selected and obtain an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence visa via either of the sub-category, the first step is to get an Expression of Interest register with the SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program).
Via SINP, the Saskatchewan province nominates eligible foreign skilled workers and professionals for Canadian PR through a number of streams that are specially tailored to support its economic and labour market needs.
The SINP’s Express Entry category is aligned with the federal EE system and is Canada’s main source of inviting skilled foreign labour. And those Express Entry candidates who get a provincial nomination gets an additional 600 points in their overall CRS score and are ensured about getting an invitation to apply for Canadian PR.
Both the Occupation In-Demand and Express Entry sub-categories require a candidate to have work experience in any one of 19 listed occupations in-demand in Saskatchewan. Additionally, an Express Entry candidate must register an Expression of Interest separately with the SINP.
