In the latest SINP draw opened on 28th May, the Canadian province, Saskatchewan has issued 252 invitation to apply for provincial nomination.
In this first draw for the month of May 2020, invitations were sent to candidates under SINP's Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand sub-categories.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) selection round targeted candidates who had prior work experience in 44 in-demand occupations. The minimum score requirement in the May 28 draw was 78 points for both the sub-categories.
A total of 252 invitations issued in this SINP selection round were sent to candidates who had their educational credential assessments or have a close family relative living in Saskatchewan or have studied at any postâ€secondary institution in Saskatchewan.
Out of a total of 252 invitations, 127 invitations were sent to Express Entry candidates and 125 invitations were issued to Occupation In-Demand candidates.
This was the first-ever Express Entry aligned SINP draw since Canada closed its borders for non-essential travel.

The last SINP two draw was held on 26th March, where a total of 205 candidates were invited from Occupations In-Demand with a minimum score requirement of 75 points.
