Ontario invites the skilled and talented professionals from overseas through its popular PNP, i.e. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). The Express Entry- Human Capital priorities (HCP)stream is the most popular stream of OINP through which hundreds of applicants apply and obtain the provincial nomination for Canada PR. Although, Ontario doesn’t have any OINP in Demand Occupation List, however, it prefers the candidates, who have skills and experience in Express entry mentioned NOC occupations.
